As many of you may know, my sister Sheila Smith-Ramirez(Emily's
Mother) and I(Theresa Yeary-Dontrich) have been working tirelessly for the past 4-5 years to try to find new leads in the
abduction, rape, and murder of our daughter/niece Emily Jeanette Garcia and her unborn son.
It has been a very tiring journey and at times, we felt like giving up, but we are determined
not to let Emily or her unborn baby's memory be forgotten and their killer never be found.
We have tried many different avenues to try to find new clues or answers as to who abducted
Emily on that dreadful day in San Antonio, Texas(February 12, 1993). Her body was not found until February 25, 1993 in Canyon
Lake, Texas and from the evidence it was determined that she had only been dead around 12 hours when she was found, so someone
has to know something about her abduction, the 13 days she was missing before she was murdered, about her violent
rape and murder, or about her body being found and we are determined to find out who.
We have done TV News Shows on Emily's case, contacted other families of victims in the
area, contacted every police department we could find, contacted many specialist in forensic work, worked with the adovcates
for families of murder victims, and etc. and still seemed to find no answers.
We had several people contact us telling us they would like to help, but never any results
until now.
We have been working closely with some individuals in San Antonio who specialize in working
with victims of unsolved crimes and seem to finally be making some progress. My
sister Sheila still lives in the San Antonio area, but I have moved out of state, so it has been Sheila and her daughter Elizabeth(Emily's
older sister) who have worked closely with these individuals for the past several months. These individuals are part of a
Psychic Investigative Team and work as a group to try to help find clues in unsolved murder investigation.
We were contacted a couple of months ago by the head of this Psychic Investigative Team
and our first reaction was....yeah, right, but after thinking it over and discussing it, we decided to see if these people
really could help us since no one else seems to be able to. We weren't even sure how this group of individuals worked or what
our part would be in it all, but figured it wouldn't hurt to try since nothing else has done any good...so we replied
back to this man and arranged a meeting.
Sheila's first meeting with this man proved to be very interesting and we decided to
give it a shot. The next meetings were to be with Sheila, her daughter Elizabeth, and all of the Psychic Investigative Team.
During the course of these meeting, they were able to get a lot of readings from Emily from touching her personal belongings
that Sheila had kept, and etc. On the next several pages, I am going to give you all the information that has been given
to us so far and hope that someone will remember something from it all.
We have also been in contact with a couple of other Psychics and we will be giving you
all the imformation that we have gotten from them also. You will be amazed at how many of the details are so similar or are
exactly alike.
Sheila and the Psychic Investigative Team thought it was time to go public with all the
information they have learned about the abduction, rape, and murder of Emily Garcia in 1993, due to the fact they feel that
some of this information will lead to someone who will finally be able to help find who murdered Emily and her unborn baby
boy.
We are hoping that by making this information public that it will cause someone to finally
come forward and help us.

We know that there has to be someone that knows something about Emily's disappearance,
the 13 days she was missing before she was finally murdered, or her rape and murder and we are praying that along with the
new details we now have that someone will finally remember something and come forward.
This does not mean that we are through or that the Psychic Detective Team is done, because
that is FAR from the truth. WE WILL NOT STOP until we find her killer(s). May God help us all because this killer is
still on our streets.
