I don't know how many of you saw it, but Emily's murder was mentioned on the A&E's show named Paranormal State a while back. The show was about a young girl named Savannah who claimed that she had started getting visions and dreams about a young girl from Texas that had been murdered. Her mother had contacted me even before the show(you can read that on the page of Emily's site called Savannah) to tell me about Savannah's visions and how they were disturbing her. She said that she and Savannah did a Google search and Emily's case came up. That's why she contacted me.I immediately emailed her back but didn't understand why she didn't answer my email. I never heard any more from her. Then I found out through a friend of mine that they had just watched a show called Vegas on Paranormal State that had implicated Savannah and Emily's murder on it. I didn't get to see it since I had no idea it was going to be on or even that they had done a show. We did get several wonderful responses from people that saw the show and also some who sent us information that they had seen and gotten from Emily since the show about her case. This page is dedicated to a wonderful lady in New York that has given us so much information about Emily's case and we knew she was for real because she knew things that had never been released to anyone. She doesn't consider herself a psychic or a medium, but instead a sensor. This is someone who feels what the person felt and see what they see. Sometimes they are able to hear things also.This lady has been so good to us by sending the information and by phoning us about Emily. She is truly a very wonderful and caring lady. We were given permission by her to put all of her information that she has gotten from Emily on Emily's web site so I am putting this information below. Maybe with her information and the help of someone else Emily's killer may finally be caught. Until then, God Bless Us All, because they will do it again.

I have been getting glimpses of Emily and feel as if she has tried to show me something. Here is what I have gotten so far.

1. Her attacker is still in Texas.

2. He feels as if he has gotten away with what he has done.

3.There is a darker colored 4 door car that I estimate to be a late 80's model. This is the car that picked her up. When I see this car I feel hesitant at first but then feel that it is safe.

4.There is also a truck, early 80's model. It has a lot of rust on it.

5. Her attacker appears to have red hair but it may look lighter in different light.

6. There was a train near by and I can see the tires on the tracks from the window as it speeds by.

7. I feel that Emily may have been drugged causing her weight loss(about 13 pounds) from the day that she was abducted until the day that she was murdered which was 12 days later.

8. I feel that Emily was not murdered in San Antonio, but was murdered about 20-30 miles outside the city.

9. I feel that this man if very well connected with the department that has been investigating her case. I don't feel as if he was a law enforcement officer, but has ties to many of them.

10. I have felt pain in my neck as if it has been broken maybe. I also have felt a sharp pain in my lower back and right hip.

11.The taste of soap or something like it seems to take over my mouth.

12. I feel that Emily has rejected this man and he is wanting her to pay for it.

13. He is considerably older and much stronger.

14. I feel that this man has spoken with Emily's family at least once since her murder.

15. He does reminice about his actions. He is proud of what he has done but holds no fear of capture.

16. I have heard the name Robert whispered through the silence of my home at night. There are also 2 other names that I can't make out because they are too muffled.

17. When I feel Emily near I feel sick and have the urge to vomit and also get light headed.

18. I have seen a man that is heavier in build and he wears blue jeans on a regular basis. Most strongly I feel as if he has much knowledge of farming.

19. I keep seeing stripes, but don't understand what the significance is yet.

20. Oddly enough there were 2-3 more men that only took part in the disposal of her body. They wrapped her up in maybe 2 different types of rope, first around her neck, then the rest of her body.I also feel that these ropes were tied in doble knots and like she was hog tied.

21. Emily was a very warm person and she thought more of those around her at times than she did herself.

23. She had a very good relationship with her Mom, sort of like a sisterhood at times.

24. She loved birds and the sound of them.

25. Although revenge was not common in her nature, she is seeking retribution and wants this man to pay, not only for what he has done to her but also causing the death of her unborn child. She also wants him to pay for the pain that this tragedy has inflicted on her family.

26. I did see a license plate on the truck that I saw and it started with an F, but that is all I could see.

27. I feel as though the aggressor was the sole perpetrator of Emily's murder, but I also feel that his helpers were not much older than Emily herself and that they were never even questioned by the police.

28. I feel that you should try to publicize Emily's case more, like on Montel, America's Most Wanted, and etc. Often this will cause the killer to start talking to someone about it and that's when they get caught. I feel that this may shake things up under his feet a bit more as well as to get more public attention.

29. With the lack of public attention across the country, it's as though he is too cocky and thinks no one knows or remembers.

30. I feel as though he has not only spoken to Emily's family since her murder, but also to the police officers involved in the investigation, offering to help like a very sick person would.

31. He has also referred to her Em or Emma and she seems to hate having her name abbreviated and I keep hearing Emily say, "It's Emily, Not Emma". This comes across very clearly.

32. I keep hearing the name Sherman as I sit here typing this email to you. I'm not sure if it's the name of a person, street, or town or whatever. It may even be Shermron. I can't hear it clearly, it's as if it's an echo.

33. I also keep hearing Emily screaming the name Chris. She doesn't just say it, but yells it to the point that it causes me to have a headache.I also found pictures of the car amd truck that I have seen although they may be just a bit different I sill explain belov.

This is all that this wonderful lady has sent to us that she received from Emily so far, but then this has only been going on for a few weeks. If we should get any more from her I will add it immediately. If any of you even think that any of this may ring a bell with you or you may think of someone that sort of fits the descriptions, please contact us as soon as possible. It is the caring people like this lady from New York and a lot of others just like her that will be the ones that finally help us solve Emily's murder. We have given up years ago of the police ever finding him and that is one reason we are so determined. God bless you all and again a very Big thank you.

"Emily" Paranormal State Episode on A&E?

This really isn't a question but I thought it was interesting to see how the show's episode was for "real". Emily Jeanette Garcia is the name of the spirit that was on Monday's show. Her story is so tragic, and her killer was never found. As Savannah(the teen medium in Vegas) said, she drew an accurate picture of her. Emily was released from juvenile the day before she went missing in February 1993. She was pregnant with a baby boy, and she was strangled. Her body was found just hours after being dumped.

I was talking with Sheila(Emily's Mom) last night and I got the message "Herald now"and I have been doing some looking about it. I don't know what significance it has to Emily's case. It just doesn't make sense to me yet. I can't think what "Herald now" may mean, but this may mean something about the "E sound that I kept feeling last night". The ones who speak strong words on deaf ears. Someone is talking about this case on the inside(near authorities), but no one is listening. "To speak the truth should set you free but if the truth is neglected it becomes nothing but a faded line.If you speak the truth and no one hears, what strength lies behind the truth?" I read that somewhere, but the issue is that if they are speaking of the case or knowledge of it, they still won't be heard no matter how loud they say it. I feel like time is coming soon. Time for what I don't know. Emily deserves peace. So do all of you. I will do all in my power to help. I feel that I can't give up on her. Not until the killer is found.

There is a sense of urgency that I mentioned to Sheila, but it is becoming more like Panic. I don't know what is coming, but something big is coming soon. I don't know what it is. I feel the need to cry. I am feeling more and more light with every need for immediate attention and I feel the need to cry. The urgency yesterday hit as a feeling of panic. It took me so fast that it brought me to the floor. I know others with the same feeling, it is a mass of emotion.

Please keep your eyes peeled. You and Sheila both. I feel the need to tell Elizabeth(Emily's sister) to dream, just dream. I don't know what this means. I feel she may see Emily there.

I thought at first when I got the need for immediate attention that it was an imprint left by the assailant, but it is too strong to be just one. This feels as a panic of many.

Please be careful. I think he is getting upset about the attention Emily's case is getting now. He senses all of us. I feel all the psychics, mediums, and sensors are feeling this too.(the urgency). I don't understand. I have Never felt this before.

This is a feel that makes me weak in the knees and very light headed. I lose my balance and it gets hard to breathe. The messages are getting further spread out and I believe that Emily has found more to go to. The air is getting very tight. I am not trying to scare you, but please all of you be very careful. I will keep you in my prayers. As I said , I am trying to find why I feel the panic. Please let me know if anything comes of your area news. That is where things need to be focused. A place with a lot of flowers is coming to me. Wild flowers. A big open area with wild flowers.

I keep asking myself what is happening, but all I see are the flowers(once yesterday and 3 times today). Please keep in contact with me.
