Patti Rawls and I met a couple of years ago thru a group
called Peace, which is a support group for people who have lost children by any means where they can get together online and
form friendships,talk, and discuss their lives and what it's like to try to get on with living after the loss of a child,
and many other things. I have been a part of this group for many years and recommend it to any family who has lost a child
or any family member and is looking for support.
Patti and I became good friends when she found out that
I loved to create Incredimail letters for any of the Angel families that used Incredimail. That was my way of feeling that
I was giving to these families since I really didn't have any other sort of talent to offer. I had made her several Incredimail
letters when all of a sudden, I started getting some of the most beautiful gifts from Patti that she had made for my angels
Emily and Emilio Garcia. I was so moved by all the beautiful gifts that she sent to me that I decided to make a page on Emily
& Emilio's web site and dedicate it just to Patti and her angel son Dustin.
Patti is still new in her road of grief. She lost her
25 year old Angel Son Dustin Rawls on September 27, 2007, which will be 3 years this year and anyone that has lost a child
