The Compassionate Friends Walk To Remember-Page 81

We ask that all of you join us on this day August 09, 2009 to help remember Emily & Emilio Garcia. This is the day that the Compassionate Friends will hold their annual Walk to Remember March in Portland, Oregon and although our family cannot attend the march in person, Emily and Emilio's names will be carried on a banner by one of the members that are attending. This means a lot to us since we cannot attend ourselves and just knowing that they will be remembered and that others will know of their story on this day makes us so happy. If we are to ever find justice for Emily & Emilio, we have to get their story out to the public as much as possible or it will never happen. As most of you already know, Emily was abducted from San Antonio, Texas on February 12, 1993, held, tortured, and raped for 13 days before she was finally murdered and her body dumped in Canyon Lake, Texas on February 25, 1993. Emily was only 15 years old and was pregnant with a little boy that she intended to name Emilio at the time of her murder. It has now been 16 years since their murder and their killer has still not been caught and our family not only searches every day for their killer but also to find this monster to get him off of the streets where he cannot do this to another family. God bless these people for all of their help. This march is to remember all children who have died by any cause and to help remember them and their families, so please help take the time to remember them all on this day. We need your help in finding who murdered Emily Garcia and her unborn baby boy on February 25, 1993 in Canyon Lake, Texas. Emily was only 15 years old at the time of her murder and was pregnant with a little boy. Emily had been reported missing from San Antonio, Texas on February 12, 1993, which was 13 days before she had been murdered and her body found.
