  These two emails & information I received were from
a lady in Hawaii. I didn't take her very serious at the time that I got the first email, and that was my fault for being
so doubtful due to the fact that we have dealt with some real nut jobs during our investigation into Emily & Emilio's
murder.
Once that I had discussed some of the information that she had given
to me with Emily's mother and sister, I realized this lady knew what she was talking about and I called Sgt. Trampas
Gooding of the Texas Rangers and gave him all of the information. He said to keep the information to myself and he would check
it out.......evidently that wasn't true. As far as we know, he didn't check out any of the information and just sort of blew
it off, like I did at first, so we feel that it is now time to share what we know and maybe someone somewhere can help us
with clues and possibly more information.
We will call this lady Anonymous#3, due to the fact that this contains
some very sensitive information and we promised everyone who contacted us that we wouldn't reveal their real name.
This is the information given to me from Anonymous#3
about Chris Valentine.
She said that she lived in San Antonio,
Texas when Emily's murder took place and so did the man that murdered Emily
and that they both knew Emily & about her murder. She said that his name is Chris Valentine. She said that Valentine supposedly was questioned about killing a good friend of hers in San Antonio before Emily was murdered and that he has killed
since Emily's murder. She said that Valentine moved to Hawaii right after Emily's
murder and she moved there following him. She claims that she is positive that Valentine
murdered Emily. Evidently she and Valentine were friends in San Antonio at
the time. She said that she is living in a women's
shelter in Hawaii now just to stay close to Valentine and that they talk all the time.
I blew her off for a while thinking
that she was just some sort of kook, but when she just kept sending me the information,
I asked Elizabeth(Sheila's other daughter) if she had ever heard of a Chris Valentine being connected to Emily or any of Emily's
friends. Elizabeth said that she had because he was a guy that Emily had been
dating off and on for a couple of months before she was murdered, so I started
taking this more serious then.
She said that Valentine carries a photo of Emily in his wallet even now that he lives in
Hawaii. She said that she asked him
why he still carries Emily's photo with him since they are no longer dating and that he got furious and told her if she knew what was best for her that she would mind her own business. She said that she saw the photo of Emily he carries and knows for sure that it is Emily's photo. She said that the conversation that she had with Valentine concerning Emily's picture took place on 7/28/2007.
She says that Valentine is extremely
dangerous and has a very bad temper that goes off for no reason.
She said that Valentine is living in a homeless shelter
in Honalulu, Hawaii and that he drives a White Lexis with the license
plates #JWC-430, Hawaiin plates.
She also says that he works from 10:00PM-6:00AM, but didn't say where. She finally quit
sending me information because she felt that Valentine was starting to get suspicious
and she was scared.
That is the last I heard from her.
She sent me this information in 2 emails
dated 9/07/2007 & 9/09/2007.
We have kept this information to ourselves
until now, but feel that it is time to make it public if we are to ever find out if the information is correct or find leads
to who killed Emily & Emilio.

Jeanette Garcia and her unborn son Emilio on February 25, 1993 in Canyon Lake, Texas. Emily was only 15 years old at the time
