At the meeting tonight, I felt that this case does involve a cover-up due to the law enforcement own inability and unwillingness to solve a case as complex as this.　 Is there a possibility of a child custody battle that was about to occur?　 I still see the dark sedan and hear a man's voice that is deep and gruff telling someone else to "shut her up."　 Does the name Mickey have something to do with this or do you know?　 Another name? I　think that is being whispered to me is the name Sullivan or O'Sullivan does this mean anything? Is the child roughly 11or 12　years old?　 I have the feeling of pressure almost like a strangulation feeling.　 However this doesn't feel like this is the first time for this person.

I had an unusual dream last night about Heidi Seemann and a girl named Maria M.　 They have a connection somehow--I just wanted to let you know what type of dreams I am having now.

Some of the things I see are water, a young girl with light colored hair - dead, and a military man with dark hair in a blue uniform with a lapel pin showing wings; maybe Air Force, but I see him near water. I also saw a juvenile boy a little out of the picture so that makes me think that there is some correlation or relevance to this boy. Now also Guillermo, remember, I have never done anything like this before. So I am really apprehensive about my visions. I still am trying to learn about my impressions and how to call upon them and weed through them. One last thing　that I saw, I believe the girl, but I think she was raped and I saw a throat being slashed and blood spilling. It doesn't quite feel right, so I really don't know on that. Am I really far off, because if so, I don't know if I should go, but I am so willing to try. Maybe being around the woman will help a lot. I will see you on Thursday.

Immediate impressions of SAPI cold case scheduled for July 27, 2006: A creek or riverbed or water shed area with large (3+ feet across) roundish white limestone boulders cascading. This is in a no-man's-land, like the area surrounding Wimberley, TX. (When I was describing the terrain, Christine asked if it was like New Braunfels, and & hesitatingly answered that it was, but I'm more certain that it is in the Wimberley area. However, New Braunfels and/or San Marcos　cops are involved.)There is a young juvenile female, approximate age of 8 to 12 years, very slender, page boy/Dutch boy haircut, and dark blonde hair. The girl is fighting for her life against an assailant. She's very much still alive at this time. There is a child sex ring -- young girls are kidnapped & taken to Mexico where they are sold for sex.

During the Psychic Session, Roxanna described the presence of Emily Garcia in the room and that if you had any questions, to please express them now. At this point, lights were turned off and both video cameras were switched to infrared vision. Sheila Smith-Ramirez and her daughter proceeded to ask questions.

The case seems to be centered more about the daughter's own fear that her lifestyle may have contributed to her own sister's death. I have the weird feeling that the younger daughter was getting into prostitution like her sister and decided to back out since she got pregnant. Her friend the redhead knows a lot of information and is not willing to give it. This crime is more of hate and revenge for her sister's wanting or desire to change her lifestyle and the men not wanting her to. The gangs themselves have no part in this it is adults 25-30 years of age.Did they mention any burns on her? I have the sensation of being burned. The man knew her agenda for the day and knew that she would not be missed for a while. The 13 I am starting to get that it is a tattoo on the man. David has something to do with this. Shawn was a boyfriend of her friend's and he might be willing to talk, he didn't have anything to do with the crime, but he knows about it.  The Skull may have something to do with the Hell's Angels of Texas. Maybe the daughter knows what these men were into. The House had of course white walls but there is graffiti on the wall in the second bedroom to me it looks like scribbling but I know it says something- give me sometime to look at it.

July 27, 2006 List of Participants: Guillermo Fuentes (And Others)

We all arrived at the Mother’s apartment and began our investigation approximately around 7:45 PM – 8:00 PM. Guillermo Fuentes, Dan, and Liz went into the apartment first to set up the video equipment. After everything had been set up, all of the psychics, including myself came into the apartment. We all stood awhile in the living room while giving our impressions to the Mother and Sister of Emily Garcia. From the previous week, all of us that were here for this investigation, met up to discuss a little bit of the cold case file. At that time, I had some impressions come through. I saw a young girl with light colored hair that had been murdered. I feel as though the final action that killed her, was that someone, a man, either cut or strangled her throat. That was what finally killed this poor young soul. I felt as though she had been raped and beaten. I also saw a military man in a blue uniform with a wings lapel pin; as if he was in the Air force. He also had dark hair. I also saw water. I also saw a young juvenile boy. In the first hour of our investigation, we kept our recorders going so we could record our impressions and possibly catch an EVP of Emily. Guillermo Fuentes stated that we, the psychics could ask the Mother about our impressions and that she could validate it for us. While asking the Mother about the impressions that I had, she validated that her daughter had indeed been raped, beaten and murdered. The Mother said yes that there was an Air force military man. The Mother said there was no water nearby where her daughter was found, but surrounding it. In my mind I saw water surrounding the girl and this Military man. She also said that there was a young juvenile boy involved.　When I had walked into the apartment, I felt as though someone was banging my head against something hard. The Mother said the police did not give her all of the details regarding what specifically happened to her daughter. I also knew that as soon as I walked in, that the spirit of the deceased daughter was there with us. After we took a short break, we all decided to continue. We kept using our voice recorders and the video recorders. We all sat in a circle and continued.　I want to state that I kept feeling Emily’s spirit trying hard to connect with me. I would get this very strong energy sensation trying to go into the top of my head. I have felt this before when a spirit or ghost tries to communicate with me. The problem though, was that I could not seem to match my energy to hers and allow her in. I was so very frustrated knowing that Emily was trying to reach out to me many times, and I couldn’t get to her. After our question and answer session, we all a little bit better understanding of this case. I am still confused on a lot of it, but will say what I feel to be the case. Back in 1993 or 1994, Emily Garcia whom was only about 13-14 years old, was murdered. She was on her way to a Dr. appointment early in the day. She found out that she was pregnant, which no one really knows for sure whom the father was. She called her mom on the phone to tell her that she was going to try to make it to the doctor that day by bus. She said if she didn’t get in that she would be staying over at a friends near the bus stop for the night and try again the next morning. That was the last time Emily’s Mother talked to her. She disappeared that day. Her body was found 3 weeks later, I believe in February. Someone had taken Emily and kept her for a while. She was badly beaten, raped and murdered. Her face had been blindfolded and her whole body was bound by rope. The police didn’t even call the Mother to let her know. The police did tell her that they thought there might be a connection from her daughter’s case and another case. The Mother does feel this way. She does not believe that there is a connection. Also, the Mother feels that there was a definite cover-up with the police department and maybe even farther. In my whole opinion, I really want to state that I feel that this case is definitely connected to another case, maybe a third as well. I do not feel as though this was a one-time deal for the murderer. Also, I most definitely feel that the police and other authorities of different branches of government might be covering up a lot. There are too many things that go against the grain of my instincts on this case. There are still a lot of wholes in the story for me too. The coroner did an autopsy of the body. The police said the fetus was disposed of. Now I don’t know for sure if it was disposed of by the person or persons that murdered her; I doubt it, or by the coroner. If it had been disposed of by the coroner, why? The police treated the Mother with such disrespect and left her with so many unanswered questions. I feel they did this for a reason. I truly feel as though they are covering up this case. Maybe a Military person has something to do with this as well and that’s another reason for the cover-up. Maybe on another meeting with the Mother, we can all figure out a little bit more. I wish I could give more information from impressions, but maybe that will come with time.

Arriving in the parking lot I felt heaviness on my chest.  Entering the apartment I felt the presence of a young teenage girl.  I felt that there was an abduction of said female and that the child was deceased.  I felt this female was sexually assaulted before she died.  I also felt that she had experience sexual abuse from older male relatives and friends. I sensed that the body was found nude and that sodomy had been performed on her. Ms. Garcia's body had many bruises and scratches. I could feel the last moments of her death. At that time her last thoughts were of her mother, saying Mommy, Mommy. Her mother did say that Mommy was how Ms. Garcia would call her. I felt that Ms. Garcia had a bit of an accent, similar to a harelip. Her mother who said she had experienced a scar that left her speech sounding a bit lispy verified this. I also saw Ms. Garcia smoking a cigarette and this was also verified by her mother to be true. While there I picked up on the name Smith and Elizabeth. These are the names of Ms. Garcia's mother and sister. I also saw a female with red hair and Ms. Garcia's mother said that was the color of her friend's hair. I also picked up that his friend might have seen Ms. Garcia prior to her disappearance but refuses to acknowledge this. Prior to this investigation I had also picked up on a male child, a 45-year-old male and some tie-in with New Braunfels. I believe the male child was the child in uterus when Ms. Garcia was murdered.
I am sending a portrait composite of a male, late twenties to early thirties, with long stringy dirty blonde hair. This man is thin, his teeth are bad as if he has never seen a dentist in his life and his eyes are a steel blue with droopy eyelids.　 His lips are thin and shapeless. I think this male has played a part with the torture and murder of Ms. Garcia. This image is sent to Guillermo Fuentes in a forwarded e-mail.　 Please note that two pictures have the skin color different and the reason for this is to say his skin is weathered. This man can be Caucasian or Caucasian - Hispanic mix.
Ms. Garcia's mother and sister told us the events that led up to the death of Emily Garcia. I think this is truly a horrendous situation and hopefully will be part of the follow-up of this investigation.

NOTE: In mid-2005, I had a dream about being in this apartment complex in apartment #110, & I was communicating with a tenant in apartment #258. Be very careful about the people who live in apartments 257 & 258. When I climbed the stairs, I felt as though someone was beating on my chest in the upper center of the chest. There was also a sensation of constriction of the lower neck/throat. Family denied knowledge of chest & throat issues of the deceased, although we later learned the body had been bound in ropes. I heard whispering of a young girl, the approximate age of her being 8-10-12 years of age. This girl had dark blonde (dirty blonde) hair, cut in a pageboy style. Family said this information does not apply. I saw more than 1 girl, one of them named "Meredith" or "Mary" or "Maria." I reiterated my impressions from Sat. Night prior to the psychic session: A young girl of the age between 8-12, short dark blonde hair; the girl is screaming & is very much alive; there are cascading large white stones in a washed out gully-type area, with the banks of the gully being very steep & rising approx. 8' above the stones; sex ring of children involved, where they are taken out of the country; state or city officials involved in this; the area is like the area outside of New Braunfels & I'm certain it is near Wimberley. If I were in a helicopter, I could locate the area immediately. The little girl was taken there.　 Family said there is no water in the area where the body was found, but there is water all around the area. The area where the body was found is a remote area near Canyon Lake & is no-man's land. This little girl has given up all hope of anyone ever finding her. Once Christmas came, she knew it was too late. She had been snatched off a bicycle. She was taken in Wimberley & to Wimberley. It was just almost too easy to take this child. Family denied knowledge of this little girl.  There is a hideout in this area of Wimberley where the children are taken until they are smuggled out of the country. This area is　possibly a Federal or State reserve, that's why there is nobody there -- it's a safe area to hide children --nobody is allowed access to this area. Family denied knowledge of this.

There is large container used for storage of the kids, the container being of the same description of a boxcar or 18-wheeler trailer, with rounded edges as opposed to squared edges. There are small bunks/cots/beds inside. There was a female child with a bicycle who was a witness to the disappearance of the deceased. She was 8-10-12 years of age. The months of May-June came through--not fall of the year. The fetus of the victim was to have been a boy. There was a blue baby blanket--possibly a gift or it was on layaway in a store somewhere. Victim knew the baby was a boy. The male names of "Carmine" & "Michael"--a pimp-type person who is a drug-runner--of Italian descent, approximate age of 30-35. He was losing his hair-had a high forehead. This was a dirty old man that had the victim totally snow-balled/fooled as to his relationship to the victim. Family denies knowledge of the victim ever having been around pimps, says victim did not buy or use drugs, but probably sold them. NOTE: If she sold them, she had to have purchased them to begin with! Deceased victim had been the victim of incest by a step-relative. This was confirmed by the family, which was described as the victim having been molested most of her life by her uncles. A chunk of the victim's hair had been cut. Family denied this, but later related a story of her having given herself haircuts when she was a little girl. One of the reasons the case has not been solved is because there were too many fingers in the pot to begin with. There were little bits of information here & there, all scattered between different locations & people. The people involved did not get together until it was way too late. Family confirmed this. I 'heard' "broken legs." Family denied the victim's legs had been broken.NOTE: I felt compelled to wear to this psychic session my gold ring with the 3-pointed crown. Christine picked up on a 3-pointed crown. The family stated the victim ran with the Kings gang. The victim drank alcohol. I 'saw' a bag of marbles. They were held in a fist & used as a weapon. One of the rapists was extremely slender, dirty with straggly sandy blonde hair. I see the name of "Jones."

Victim was taken before she reached her friend's house. I contend the victim had been to see the doctor but didn't see the doctor--no chart was made. She talked to the receptionist. Family stated she could not see the doctor until the next day. I suspect she was given an appointment when she went to the doctor's office. The person who took the victim was not a gang member. Christine picked up on a man with a tattoo on his arm, & I 'saw' the tattoo extending onto the hand & forming a ring around one of his fingers. He had so many tattoos they looked like sleeves. A person who took either a child or an adult was an accountant by day--dealt with numbers & money. Family said the biological father of the victim is an accountant. There are multiple cases interconnected with this one. The person who took the victim relayed a phony message from the victim's friend to lure the victim　into the car. The baby was in uterus when the victim's body was found, but it died during the rape with a longneck beer bottle. The victim was taken from a bus stop, but there was more than 1 bus stop involved--possibly a transfer. The victim was blindfolded at the time of death. At the time of death, she had been partially drugged or sedated. That's why she doesn't know who killed her. The men in the suits are waiting for the family to find the answers. They want to know who was responsible for this botched case. Heads are going to roll for this. They honestly don't know who committed this crime. There are pieces of the case scattered all over the office with no communication. When the family finds the answers, the men in the suits will take the credit for solving the crime. The crime was not planned. One thing lead to another and the murder evolved. It was not planned in advance. They just wanted to rough her up a little. She didn't know that she'd said anything that was going to put her in danger & cost her life. She knew too much. The victim's spiritual essence has come to the mother in the kitchen. The victim's spiritual essence was present in the room, to my upper left. She had a very beautiful & bright soul, & she said she's ready to move on, but she can't. She said she knows that the family has to do what they are doing, & that it's OK. She's very much at peace & there are no more decisions　she has to make. She said, "The answers will be when you are ready to divulge to yourself the nature of her life." She said she touches her mother's hair sometimes – the mother confirmed this. I smelled a strong odor of cigarette smoke. She said the baby would be her brother in a future life. In the spiritual, the baby is approximately 3 or 4 years. The two souls are together. She said all she wanted was just to be with him.　 When asked why she gave her sister the name of Sean/Shaun/ Shawn, she said Sean "wasn't the one, but he had a hand in it." She said she comes to the mother's kitchen at night. This was confirmed as being in another location. She said her mother has dreams where there is knocking in the dreams. These sounds were described by the mother as being sounds of someone walking on the roof. When her sister asked about the significance of the number 13, the victim said it is 12　(1-2). The number is a box number. The number 13 is a date. There are keys, but the family is unaware of any keys missing. She said she comes to the mother in dreams many times. Her mother confirmed this. She also says the mother finds fault with her a lot -- things that she did, things that she wanted to do. The mother confirmed this. She said she was doing her best. She said this case is not for her to do -- it's for the family to do to! Help in their transition. It's something they have to do on their own. It will bring the family closure in the end, but it doesn't mean that she will just disappear -- she will be with them. Guillermo then asked why he was drawn to pick this case. Guillermo needs exposure, and he's also related to someone in the police department. Guillermo confirmed a relative in another city who is in the police department at that location. This relative will give a clue at some future date, & then this case will fall into place. The victim is more like the mother now that she is in the spiritual form -- she's very protective of her earthly mother. She has guidance for her mother. Mother confirmed that one of the last things the victim said to her mother was not to worry, she would watch over her. She is now the protector. When asked why she told her mother to read Psalms 29, she said that her mother would see an image in her mind when she reads it. When asked the significance of her upraised hands, I was 'told' that her hands are free now -- they were bound before death. "Look, Mom, my hands are free!" She asked, "Are you going to bake me a cake, Mom?" (This was victim's birthday.) She likes strawberries & cherries. Family confirmed that she liked any kind of berries. There was more than one DNA sample. The one who killed her was not her friend's father.

I have been getting some messages lately from my dreams and things that I am seeing. The number 13 has to do with biker terminology -- it has to do with the 13th letter of the alphabet "M" for marijuana. Drug dealers only use this lingo. There were Hell's Angels in the Schertz and the -NE side of San Antonio. At the same time there was a series of girls about her age killed and found dumped it was believed to be a serial killer has never been caught. Comal County is used many times by the biker groups since they don’t have enough patrols to control this area. Shawn may be the man I keep seeing in my thoughts--this is not his real name. The cross is hanging in a rear view mirror of a blue passenger van--or it was at one time. The passenger van has out of state plates. I will let you know when I get more info.

SAPI COLD CASE - EMILY JEANETTE GARCIA

AUGUST 19, 2006　

The psychics participating in this session were Christine, Patricia, & myself. Psychometry was used in this session. The first item used was a doll; the second item was an apron, both items belonging to the younger Emily. When I held the doll, Emily 'told' me she'd forgotten about this doll. I 'saw' water running down a slope, like a creek with water in it, near the house Christine described. There was mud. Someone had made empty promises to Emily. They had told her she would have a place to stay & live　when she had the baby. Whoever made those promises had no intention of ever keeping them. I 'saw' that Emily went very willingly down the path to a small house, exactly as Christine said, and she almost seemed happy as she was walking down the path. She was not at all fearful. When she went inside, "they" started a long gradual process of drugging/sedating her. It  didn't all happen immediately.　Emily had a very lucid moment when she said, "I can't escape." It was not their intent to kill her. The drugging took place over a period of several days, & finally, her　death just happened. I 'saw' a newer model Ford pickup with the left taillight out. I 'saw' a man who Emily considered to be her brother. Emily 'said,' "I thought you were my brother." The family denied she had a brother. I picked up a name beginning with 'C-h-a-...' -- Charlie, Charlotte, Char, something with that sound. The family denied　knowledge of any such name. While holding the apron, I 'saw' a knife being held to the left side of her neck by a right-handed man. She said, "Please don't cut me." The knife was long like a dagger, & it had a broken handle.　 This incident　took place shortly after she was captured. The family denies any knowledge of cuts or stabs on the body. Emily called her　Grandmother "Gammy" or "Grammy"–this was confirmed by the family. She 'said,' "Gammy made this (the apron) for me."

She 'told' me that her stomach hurts, like the flu. The family denied she had a lot of stomachaches as a child. However, previously, the family said she had been molested beginning at a young age, so that could cause abdominal pain. The family did say she had a problem with morning sickness. Such pain could also be caused by rape, physical violence, and/or termination of a pregnancy. She 'told' me that her sister talks to her. The sister confirmed this. She 'said' that just yesterday, her sister called her name. The sister said she was sure she does that all the time, & she believes she did it yesterday. She 'said' that everything was done outside of San Antonio -- it was not done here. She was taken to Floresville for a short time on the 1st day. Mother confirmed that Emily knew a friend by the name of "Chris" in Floresville. Then she came back to San Antonio. I 'saw' a house/shack by railroad tracks on the outskirts of San Antonio. Then they went to another town & then came back to SA again. They were making deliveries. There were 3-4 short trips in one day. She 'said,' "Then they started to get angry and they popped me." They hit her on the head. When they became so angry & they hit her, they said, "Alright. That's enough!" She 'said' she wasn't supposed to say that. Then she 'said,' "Men are mean!" A man in the back seat held a gun to the back of her head -- he was laughing & pointing it. He said, "I'm hold a gun on you right now, Bitch." She 'said,' "They don't understand me." These were people she knew. The man driving the car was a husband of someone -- in his mid-30s. He was a very wealthy man. The driver had very dark hair, of Mediterranean descent -- not Hispanic. He was approximately 5'8" - 5'9", of medium build, neither small nor large. He was wearing a black leather jacket with a white dress shirt. He's the one who hit her, because he wanted her to keep her mouth closed. She said, "I will if you will." The family confirmed that Emily did talk back to people. The 2 men in the back were in their early-to-mid 20s. The one sitting behind Emily was extremely thin, dirty & stringy light brown or dishwater blonde hair. He wore a dog collar spiked wristband. A string of black leather was tied on his upper arm. He had on filthy pants, a sleeveless vest, sloppy & dirty tee shirt with the sleeves rolled up high -- not a muscle shirt. She called him "Striker" or "Stryker." This is more a nickname than a surname. It's what the people/the gangs called him. The man sitting behind the driver doesn't say anything. The vehicle is a big, long, low, black car -- not a low-rider. It's a very expensive luxury, status American vehicle -- not an Impala, but in that shape. There was a bench seat, rather than bucket seats, in the front. The interior was black with red. There is lots of chrome on the car. After those 4 trips, they then went to a park along the Medina River. There were steps going down to the river. She 'said,' "They held a gun on me for a while there." Then she knew things were going to get ugly. They all piled in the vehicle and went up to Comal County. They left her alone for a while, but she knew they were going to be coming back. She 'said' she had to hide. At this point, they hadn't done much to her. They can't let her go. It's out of the question. This decision was made on the 1st day. I 'heard' three of them talking. They 'said,' "She tells people." Two of them do not know that the third one has already planned to kill her. They've only thought far enough ahead to say, "We can just keep her here for a while." They haven't thought it through. They're very angry with her because her actions have forced them into the situation that they're in. She 'said,' "You've hauled me up here. Now what're you going to do?" There is a male by the name of "Len/Lenny," and a "Striker/Stryker," and the name of "Walker." One of these three has a nickname of "Bones." The family denies knowing of anyone by these names. They are extremely agitated, "She caused all this -- her & her big mouth. Now we have to do something. We don't want to hold her, but we can't just kill her." She ran & tried to get away, but was caught before she got to the door. By the end of the first day, the beatings started.

Cold Case – Emily J. Garcia

August 19, 2006

Holding the first item, which was a black baby doll, I felt that there was another part to this toy. I asked if there was another doll similar to this or if there is any personal connection to the doll and was told that the owner did identify with the doll. Holding the second item, which was an apron for a young girl that has the name of the girl on it. With this I felt the innocence of the child who owned this apron and I felt that this person wished that life were as simple as it was when she used this apron. The overall feeling from being present again at the room was that this person did suffer greatly. These three men that I perceive who abducted her, one Anglo, one Hispanic and another male that could be recognized as a Hispanic, were on the hunt for a victim for their sick plan. The whole situation was premeditated. She was taken to a place, a type of storage room or barn where the abuse continued. There was a creek of sorts in the area and the area was outside San Antonio. I sensed another two males who also participated and a female that who just was detached from what was going on. This victim was given sips of water but denied food. I will not get into the abuse that was inflicted on her but I felt it all and it was horrible. I sensed that the fetus died on the sixth day of capture and on the 11 day she left her body. The captors once finished with her just "let her die". By this I mean they had her bound in such a way that eventually she would strangle. The EVP session brought strong feelings from her son Emilio. I sensed that he was close to his grandmother and that he was the one who turned the light off of the camera. I also sensed that she (the victim) wanted her mother to find some peace.
