Email#1-From the boyfriend
My girlfriend is going through a tough time right now because her boyfriend
drugged her (almost killed her) brutally beat and raped both her and her 9 year old daughter. Her daughter managed to escape
to the neighbors where 911 was called. When the police broke down the door he was stomping and kicking her in the head trying
to kill her. That was over a year ago. I am writing to you because of the evidence the detective on the case collected could
possibly put him in jail for the rest of his life (if not the death penalty). The question comes because they took a DNA sample
and from what I can gather it seems they hit the jackpot including him possibly being Heidi Seeman's murderer( he was painting
the house next door that day) and possibly many more from Texas as well as around the US. Problem is the DA in Guadalupe
county has reset the pre-trial seven times and does not, or will not, let this sick murderer come to justice. I am writing to
you to inform you that your daughter's murderer may be held by Guadalupe County and the possibility exists that he may walk
due to the DA. His name is Steven Patrick Black and he is in the Guadalupe County jail right now. I do not want to see him
walk (again.....he should have been in jail years ago but due to the justice system and the DA's office, he has walked time
and time again). I strongly believe he is the one that murdered your daughter due to the fact that the lead detective on the
current case has said that once my girlfriend's case is over the story is going to break nationwide. I am writing instead
of my girlfriend due to the fact that she is afraid of exposing her daughter to the press (or anything else) and is afraid
of hurting her case. If you can email us back she can fill you in on more details. I am pretty sure that Steven Patrick Black
killed, Heidi, your daughter, and many others as the detectives, the DA, and others in the justice system are trying to keep
a tight lid on this. But after a year of them not doing anything, I feel it is time to speak out. Please inform others
and help pressure the Guadalupe DA and courts to bring this murderer to justice. I truly hope and pray that we can bring a

The man in the photos I'm sending are of Robert Brown and he has a resemblance
to the sketch your psychic drew of your daughter's killer. I know you have already heard the name Steven Patrick Black....I
am his ex-girlfriend...he assaulted me and my 8 year old over 4 years ago. Robert Brown and Steven Black have been good friends
since their early teens. After our assault the investigators kept telling me to think of anything that would have been a red
flag to make him do the things that he did. So I thought about things and little things he had said that at
the time didn't mean anything. Knowing now what he is capable of they mean a lot.
I don't know for sure if Steven or Robert were involved in your daughter's
murder, but they are sure worth checking into. I know that Steven lived in Canyon Lake near 281.
As I said, I don't know for sure if they were involved, but I do know
that Steven was working next door to Heidi Seeman's house the day that she disappeared. When I told this to the investigator
in my case they just told me they would forward the information to the appropriate places. I was told to be quiet and let
them do their job. For over 4 years I have kept quiet and I don't think they took me serious about checking out Steven
and Robert. Steven got Xanax from Robert to drug me so he could rape my 8 year old daughter and beat me into unconsciousness.
He was trying to kill me and when I awoke I found him in my daughter's room with a hammer naked. After I went through everything
at the house after my assault , I found pictures that Steven had taken of my daughter while she was asleep with his hand around
her neck like he was choking her. The investigators told several of my neighbors/witnesses that Steven has been doing things
like this and worse since his early teens. The investigator told me that once my case was done and over that it would be nationwide,
but that he could not discuss it with me until my case was over. He never discussed it with me and was fired from the county
sheriff's office shortly after Steven plead guilty. I just think it would be wise to check out these two men in regards to
your daughter's murder.

We need your help in finding who murdered Emily Jeanette Garcia
and her unborn son Emilio on February 25, 1993 in Canyon Lake, Texas. Emily was only 15 years old at the time of her murder
and pregnant with a little boy. Emily had been reported missing from San Antonio, Texas on February 12, 1993, which was 13
days before she had been murdered and her body found. If anyone has any information about Emily, about the 13 days that she
